Tonight’s offerings are shown below - and I’d like to tell you more about my model - Ludia. She is scaled to life size - and all earrings she models are as if a real actual person had them on. I love it because I can size the picture down and the earrings are sized down as well… just an easier and less distracting way to give you a better idea about size.
If one is good, two is better… three? Within reason - you know me and my awareness of heavy earrings…. so. These are fun and delightful.
Perfection. These earrings are the epitome of what I strive for… these are handshaped - and match so beautifully. Nicely wearable - neutral and have that wonderful feeling of perhaps Fall hasn’t forgotten us!
Silver sticks, crossed to show the edges - these are a heavy gauge sterling silver - stamped with the bubble motif, and suspended from my handmade ear wires… fun and a little bit different!
Glorious, and glitterful… but in a nicely refined way. These are encased in clear - and when pressed into the 15mm lentils - retain a small rim of clear at the perimeter… giving it a bit of sparkle in its own edginess. Lovely for the upcoming holiday season.
A little bit different here - Tri lobed dotted beads with smaller dots at top and bottom of each of the three… then suspended from the middle - a single holed ‘charm’ of same… kind of like a mini chandelier…. really really mini. : )
Almost looking like edible Macron - these tiles come to you in softened hues of late summer with trailings of fine white scrollwork. Pressed into straight sided - slightly pillow topped beads that measure 15mm in diameter. All beads have 1/16” mandrel holes.
Nicely cooperative grouping of highly styled beads. Many unique shapes and looks here. Encased Jetstream, Nailheads, Encased Stardust, Carved, and two exquisite jet black cubes with mirror finished sides.
All beads have 1/16” mandrel holes except a few dangle charms that have sterling bails and are shown above threaded over small seed beads, and at the end of the strand at the top. Very nice mix here.
Classic ivory and black in my Over & Under style. I’ve taken measures to reduce the weight of the earrings. These weigh in at 4grams each - that’s a little over a penny. Lots of swingy movement - you control the earrings - and are not at the mercy of something stiff that doesn’t move with you. All findings are sterling silver and handmade by me. These earrings dangle about 1 3/4” from your ear lobe.
The best of both worlds - 1/2”d sweet apricot drops, suspended from transparent glass in similar color. Nice balancing act with a lovely movement due to the nicely designed hinging system… All findings handmade from sterling silver wire.
Just Go Bold, don’t go home… I’ve paired the fun pistachio color with hues of green, and warmer tones of the coming *(I hope) fall. Most beads are 1/2” ish with 1/16” mandrel holes. Many are carved or encased in clear - lots of interesting inclusions and interesting shapes! Plus - five single hole charm style beads that can be clustered or sprinkled through out the project.
Doesn’t the name just make you sing that song?? Cornflower blue dangles below periwinkle disks… classy and quiet.
Yum. I weighed these earrings - each weighs 2grams… how’s that for almost nothing??? I’ve taken measures to lessen the weight and I think this is it : )
glorious deep purple tops with a single holed bead dangling from it. All findings are sterling silver and handmade by me. These are sooo cool!
Again - loving classic color combinations jet black with ivory dotted dangles below. All findings are sterling silver.
