Item #14505 - Faux Evah - $150

Jet black beads with the most consistent set of designs I've made...
I usually like to mix it up - but these were a stretch... I am also very
conscious of the fact that most of the swirls are created going counter-
clockwise. ?? don't know why, but that's my story - and I'm sticking to
it. : )

13mm & 9mm dia., 1/16" mandrel holes

Item #14110 - ...and She Knows it.... - $135

... and with the coming of Spring, come the transparents...

mmm. I have the same reaction each time I make these. YUM. What's
so nice is that they're simple and what you come away with is the sheer
beauty of the transparent glass. They're gently pillowed, and the edges
are round - so it's like a hall of mirrors for the light to escape from within.

Lots of sparkle and light pretty colors for our emergence into Spring.

12-14mm ish sq ish... 1/16" mandrel holes

Item #14106 - End of The Rainbow - $100

Funny how boro can be a multi personality glass.
There are colors that retain a sheen (like saltwater taffy)
to them, and there are three or four here - I may have
coaxed it out on some as silver that fumes onto the surface
often will produce the same effect. Anyhow - this is a very
sweet set - soft pinks, greens, subtle harmonies. My favorite
is the second from the right - as I created a corkscrew effect,
and the edges read a red, while body is a salmon(y) pink. nice.

13mm boro rounds, 1/16" mandrel holes

Item #13610 - Springy Dotted Lentils - $125

Fun.

Simplistic, base of black, where the decoration spans adjoining beads...
in a color scheme of black base, dusty pink/coral, mint and butter yellow.

I've isolated the three colors to trios, represented by three beads - then
provided four beads that showcase all three colors marching right down the
middle of the lentil. 15mm lentils, 9mm accents at the strand ends.

1/16" mandrel holes

Item #13606 - Confetti Line - $100

Encased boro - with differing techniques - wound, dotted, stringerwork - some have
opalescent effects. Nice set.

It's not often that I see boro lampwork that is shaped. This set has 13mm rounds,
18mm & 15mm lentils and a few 12mm smaller lentils. The accent
color here is navy - and appears in different forms on many of the beads - so - I chose
to string this set with navy beads to see if it brought out the accent. : ) happily did.

13mm rounds, 18mm,15mm & 12mm lentils, 1/16" mandrel holes

Item #13604 - Boro Charm - $90

Encased boro - with differing techniques - wound, dotted, stringerwork - some have
opalescent effects. Nice set.

It's not often that I see boro lampwork that is shaped. This set has 13mm rounds,
15mm lentils and a large holed bead that can 'float' over other beads. The accent
color here is navy - and appears in different forms on many of the beads - so - I chose
to string this set with navy beads to see if it brought out the accent. : ) happily did.

13mm rounds, 15mm lentils, 1/16" mandrel holes

Item #13508 - B&W Lentils - $90

Nine jet black lentils drizzled with cool scrollwork in a light ivory color. 15mm dia from
hole to hole, 9mm rounds with 1/16" mandrel holes.

Item #13506 - Zebra Stripes - $120

15mm aspirin shaped lampwork beads, wound with stripes... paired
with 13mm rounds wound haphazardly with stripes - seem to
complement each other!
Nice clean/crisp edges, 1/16" mandrel holes.

Item #13504 - Sprung - $95

Eight incredibly friendly straight sided lentils - looking much like old fashioned aspirin...
I spent the week a little distracted with the advent of Luca - (see journal)... and found
repetition quite comforting - as it allowed me to be near to surface aware. I have also
always loved the striped beads of this flavor, so relished in the bright colors awhile for
this set. Plus - pink rosies just seemed to fit the bill... I don't live in a land of much pink,
and need a fix every so often. : )

18mm beads, 9mm rounds all with 1/16" mandrel holes

Item #13409 - Minnie Set - $120

I love working with reds at this time of year - what I don't like is the fact
that I ALWAYS forget what a bear they are to photograph. Here come the
disclaimers. YES - these are dotted... but the little tiny regular dots are
my lighting... when I put a filter between light and subject they went flat.

so. All I can say is these are much prettier in person.

: )

Item #13406 - Nautical Spring - $70

Mmmm... I know it's too early to start with the Spring themes... but.

lentils hole to hole, 1/16" mandrel holes.

Item #134
05 - Colorful Zingers - $90

Seriously - great poppin' colored cores - wrapped in silvered
glass & pressed into lentils or shaped into rounds. 15mm lentils,
13mm rounds, 1/16" mandrel holes.

Plus one little round w/ a neck of silvered glass - perhaps to use
as a dangle at the clasp.

Item #13401T - Sparkle & Color - (Top Set) - $75

If light and sparkle are good, I'll give you light and sparkle. I personally LOVE
Laushcha's medium amethyst, color more true in top picture... so - here you have
the best of both worlds. 3/4" clear disks alternating with 9mm medium amethyst
rounds.

Top set with 9 clear disks and Bottom set with 8 clear disks.

Item #11509 - Sparkle Set - $65

This style bead always bears some explanation.

I've tilted a few of these to show you the magical silver rim of
clear at the edges. When I made these, I encased the small
transparent round with clear - then pressed into the lentil.

A clear edge gives amazing sparkle and presence to an other-
wise small and rather ordinary *but colorful* bead. Elegant -
and lightweight - they're stunners.

12mm dia. 1/16" mandrel holes

Item #11503 - Micro Droplets - $155

This variation is for summertime - you know - the idea of wearing less?
I may be crazy - but even wearing a necklace can seem hot... I've decreased
the size of the tube down to around 4mm, less weight - less glass touching
skin... less heat.

I delighted in the simplicity of their design...and the purity of the colors,
It's such fun to photograph them, how could I resist bringing them back
for an encore?

Twenty barrels of my finest tansparents (lt green, purple and pink), wrapped
on a 1/16" mandrel, with a single solitary perfect droplet of clear suspended
from the bottom... makes you wonder if I had just freshly washed them and
hung out to dry? LOL.

Barrels measure 4mm dia, 10-12mm L droplet is about 7mm dia.

Item #11407 - Texas Pearls - $125

Reminiscent of Texas Pearls, touting that they have an air of
elegance and a splash of sophistication - enough so that they
could replace the traditional pearls here in TX. These are not
the HOT colors - but more a cooled down selection - to ease
us through this HOT HOT HOT summer.

13mm rounds, 1/16" mandrel holes

Item #11410 - Pretty Sketches - $90

The other day, I was sitting in the car waiting, not intangible time. I had
a pencil/pad with me, and I had planned to sketch out a variety of these
tiles...

I especially like the 'sketchiness' of the drawings & tried to have that
come through in the glass... designs both sides - 18mm sq tiles in jet
black, with stylized flowers.

Item #10506 - Boro Set 1 - $150

I am enjoying my bracelet made with this shape boro beads so much, I've made three
sets to offer up this week. Two have larger 3/32" mandrel holes... (this is one of them).

This set has great warm tones and shimmer... I'd keep it, but - how many bracelets can
one gal justify??? smiles... Jill

appx 13mm x 14mm - hand shaped straight edged, 3/32" mandrel holes.

Item #10206 - Dervish - $145

This is what happens when I let loose.

The colors? Roof tile red, deep purple and a faintly mint white.
(roof tile is always lighter when encased in clear). The scale is what's
different here - these are 5/8" beads - the same size I use on my
Wilma Necklaces - not the standard 13mm you see most often here.

The holes are 3/32", and I'll call out some sizes - and give overall length.
15 beads - all encased. Roof Tile barrel is 7 x 12mm, larger dotted barrel
is 12mm w x 14mm dia., dotted disk is 3.5 x 16mm...

overall length is 5 1/2" L

tonight's offerings will work with several different sets.

need eleven. These smaller bead sets will be perfect.

delicious little glass rounds - encased cores of color - surface scored to create a
pillowed effect, allowing for light to bounce around and create additional sparkle.

Item #9414 - $140

Fun with scrollwork, copper green's amazing reaction with the
silver content of the ivory glass makes that cool self edging to
the scrollwork on the beads. This set would also look amazing
if it were etched, but - since it's not reversible, I've left them as
they are.

1/2" diameter beads, 1/16"mandrel holes

Crispin - $85

I don't think I've ever paired these colors before... don't
rightly know why? I think they're great!

13mm rounds, 15mm lentils pair up for a dynamic mix of
bold graphics in a demure presentation. All with 1/16"
mandrel holes.

Bursting Color - $155

I felt a set of these coming on... Blue Cat Designs bought the last
set - and I missed having them around!
18mm straight sided pillow topped black base beads - with bold
swirling raised stringerwork designs. Coral, mint, Mango and purple
fun. 3 buttons that could be used as closures are included.... again
couldn't resist, eh?!

All beads have 1/16" mandrel holes and personality to boot!

Hundred Acre Woods- $125

I've always been a fan of Moretti's "Opal Yellow", when done just
right - it's a buttery yellow... and quite pleasing. This set - has a
color combination of, deep purple, lavender, buttery yellow, pale
mint and a soft peachy pink. All encased & pressed into 15mm
lentils. 1/16"mandrel holes. 9mm round purple beads at ends.

New Soul - $90

The interplay of colors in this set - reminds me of a song I just
downloaded on iTunes - by Yael naim - by the same name...
you are probably familiar with snippets of it, as it was in a iPhone
commercial... but it's very upbeat - and so is this set.

combination of colors - buttery yellow, rich coral, mint, lavender
and a rich deep purple. all 13mm rounds with 1/16" mandrel
holes.

Power Sophisticate - $155

Mmmmm.
Yes... that's the problem. When you get to make what
you love - you love everything!

This set has my favorite - R4, combined with silvered ivory
in an especially nice display - where the silver has "broken-
up" very nicely... several different shapes lend visual variety

as well as a cool break in the tactile sense... as often we can
"appreciate" beads by feel - and not solely by sight.

Included is a button sitting at an angle on right.

Tabs are 18mm & 12mm dia.

Item #7805 - BT Bead Set - $145

Rounds and organic wraps over R4 silvered glass
and silver foils and wire. Very cool - lots of sparkle
to this set.

13mm rounds, 14-15mm wraps, 1/16" mandrel

Tracery - $110

I was so tempted to etch this set... but didn't.
I had made a set last year - called Swingy Skirt... and I think
these have the same colors... it was sooo cute.

Great varied set - 15mm lentils, 13mm large rounds,
9mm small rounds - all with 1/16" mandrel holes.

AND four 7mm D teeny tiny rondelles - encased at that!
(no... she's not making E size beads YET!)

Make Me Smile - $110

Sometimes these sets feel like translations into many
different languages. What I mean - is color/shape are
similarities that make a set cohesive... but I find that
occasionally sets come together like this, which is one
that I was resisting making into a bracelet.

Large center purple/purple striped bead is 18mm, the
rounds measure 13mm and you can take it from there.

copper green, copper foil, purple, coral and a touch of
Prussian blue.

Small Town - $110

This set is a new color combo for me, and I think I like it!

Peachy/pinky coral is paired with a dark & serious olive - and
contrasted with a pale ivory. The leaves and dots tie the set
together & the crisp edges play on the sweet rounded-ness
of the tops. sweet & very nice. Set measures 8" L as pictured.

15mm tablets, 9mm coral rounds, 1/16" mandrel holes

Aerial Roadways - $125

Remember this series?
Black rounds wrapped with silvered ivory stringer, overlapping and causing major
intersections... and sometimes overpasses... seemed fitting to be named after
roadways and sometimes subdivisions viewed with Google Earth!! ; )

Ten great 15mm dia lentils of Lauscha clear that hold tiny snippets
of copper foil, wire & mesh tight. This copper transforms when subjected
to heat and being covered by molten glass to this wonderfully rich
raspberry color... while maintaining the shimmer of metal.
A rich, fun way to create a unique piece of jewelry.

This strand of lentils measure 7" in length as pictured.
